People traveling with a student who are not enrolled but requiere to share a homestay will be charged a US$25.00 Family Placement Fee.

Registration:
Once a student has received written confirmation of acceptance into our program and paid the $50.00 Enrollment Fee, they are officially enrolled.

Due to limited class size and high demand, prospective students are encouraged to submit their application forms at least 1 month prior to their desired starting date.

Refunds:
No refunds are made on tuition, but if a student must leave due to an emergency before the planned date of departure, he/she will receivecredit for the future for the classes missed. Missed classes will NOT be reimbursed unless due to illness or family emergency.

Transfers:
Tution paid for the One on One Program may be transferred to the Intensive Spanish Program if space is available in your particular academic level. However, tuition may not be tranferred to our One on One Program.

One on One:
Classes which are booked, but not paid for at least 24 hrs. in advance are considered cancelled.

Cancellations:
After receipt of your Enrollment Fee and our confirmation, cancellation before arrival date will cause a $50.00 charge. This will apply if a student does not show up for registration without notification as well.
